INDIGENOUS PACT
A Growing Mission Across Native Country
What began as a small healthcare consultancy serving Native American and Alaskan Native tribal communities was quickly expanding into a full-fledged health services provider with a growing national footprint. As Indigenous Pact’s reach extended across the diverse tribal groups that make up Native Country, it needed a new visual identity and messaging kit—one that not only reflected this diversity but also captured its role as a bold advocate for equity and innovation in tribal healthcare.

CHALLENGE
Bridging Many Tribes, One Mission
With over 570 federally recognized tribes in the U.S., no two communities are the same — each carries its own history, symbols, and traditions. The challenge was to design a brand that could resonate across this cultural spectrum, while still drawing on shared Indigenous values and themes. It needed to be specific enough to feel authentic, yet broad enough to unify.
SOLUTION
Bridging Culture and Policy
Drawing on quilt-making traditions, the new identity symbolizes how distinct Tribal Nations come together in solidarity. The quilt motif shaped the entire design system: a flexible mark, a culturally grounded palette, and a typographic style that balances clarity with warmth. Paired with a refreshed messaging strategy, the brand positions Indigenous Pact as both a connector and an advocate, bridging Tribal communities with healthcare providers and government partners.
IMPACT
Expanding Access, Elevating Voice
The rebrand coincided with the launch of Indigenous Pact Community Care, a multi-state physician group now delivering direct specialty care to Tribal Nations. Coverage in Advertising Week, The Drum, Healthcare Outlook, and Brand New recognized the work as a model for culturally responsive healthcare branding. More importantly, the new identity equips Indigenous Pact with the credibility and resonance to expand partnerships, scale services, and strengthen healthcare access across Native Country.
